Volvo Cars initiated this project to regain direct control over the management of special tools used across its service network. After relying on external providers for many years, the organization set out to build an internal process supported by a dedicated system and team.

The goal was to introduce a structured platform capable of supporting planning, coordination, and delivery of special tools across multiple stakeholders.
